What real Mercury messages look like
- Official emails always end in
@mercury.co.nz - Mercury will never ask for credit card details or banking PINs via an unsolicited call or email
- If you have doubts about a caller, hang up and call Mercury on 0800 10 18 10
- Suspected scam SMS should be forwarded to 7726
