Dunedin North Medical Centre is a thriving, well established, Cornerstone accredited medical practice providing a wide range of primary health care services to the local community. In a medical centre, IT is imperative to the smooth running of looking after patients — especially over the last few years.
The challenge
Years ago, DNMC were having a lot of issues with their previous IT provider. The server had constant issues, and when Ali, the practice manager, would contact them, they were not responsive to their needs. Ali was fed up — so asked around, and was recommended Decision1. That was over ten years ago now.
The transition
The transition from the old provider to Decision1 — which can feel like a massive headache for many practices — was seamless. Ali also loves the fact that the IT for the practice is now genuinely supported.
